In Vol.18~30, the main story is the speediest. 

The main story of "Detective Conan" is the match versus the "Black Organization." The high school detective Shinichi Kudo become younger to an elementary school student by the drug, "APTX4869." So, Shinichi starts a try to arrest the "Black Organization" gangs who got him have the drug.

Ai Haibra appears!

Vol.18~30 are the favorite part of "Detective Conan" for me. 

After that, the story got so slow.
